All the receptionist / Nures are very good they go out of there way to help you, always polite in person or over the phone. The only service that can be improved is the out of hours service 111, This service is not good enough. The out of hours at DRI were you can see a GP anytime is fare superior. This is the only service that lets this practise down.

Until recently, it has been easy to contact the surgery and obtain information, get an appointment or order repeat prescriptions. However, since the new call centre was introduced, things have been more difficult. Putting the above aside, I would certainly recommend this practice: the GPs are excellent - or at least the ones I have seen: Dr Chakrabarty, Dr Stanley, Dr Slater - and I understand that others are too, such as Dr Khanna. The reception staff are excellent: helpful, knowledgable and will endeavour to help with whatever the problem is.
